I just checked the wear bars on my Model 3 yesterday. I am about due... after 51000 miles.

Mustang dropped the V8 once already.

Pretty sure Sainz’s jack failed in the latest stage. There’s a pretty good video of him and his co-driver going on a tirade about the jacks and the wheel nut gun while looking for rocks to wedge under the car to jack it up.

If I had to rank, F1 may be first simply because they have more events with some corruption. FIFA and the IOC may have it based simply on the sheer scope of the corruption. Quantity vs. quality.

A result of Amazon cancelling a chunk of their Rivian orders.

US/Canada regulatory structure is vastly different than everywhere else.

3rd gear: Other than track the vehicle location, these are things I was surprised that I can do from the Tesla app while someone is actually driving the car.

Absolutely.  That’s why it is funny.  One of my favorite movies.

The Garp Theory: A plane has just crashed into this house we are considering buying.  We should buy this house as the chances of this happening again are astronomical.

That last quote: “If he had stopped, he’d be with us today.”

Right. But the way the Superchargers are oriented with the stalls, if you pull in forward, the charger is at the Front Right. If you back in it is at the Rear Left. So on the manufacturers that I sited, they would have to charge off the charger in the adjacent stall, basically taking up 2 stalls and chargers.

I am curious to see what a mess the Supercharger stations become. The Superchargers only have 5 foot cables and are designed to hook to a Tesla that has the charge port on the left rear, thus Teslas all back in and the chargers are situated to that side of the parking space.

A movie on the decision making process that led to left-hand threaded wheel studs on only the left rear of Mopar vehicles.

One of the mechanics that I work with that recently retired used to tell stories of hauling booze between the grill and radiator, and in the seats on his 56 Chevy between wet and dry counties in Alabama. He had adapted truck springs to the car so that he had some suspension running down dirt roads at speed. He said it

Pinch welds are a bit different than what is being asked for here.

Welding, at a dealer, seems like a pretty sketchy fix.

So I couldn’t stop thinking about this car all night.  Please tell me there is a poster available for me to put on my bedroom wall...

Wow.

A buddy of mine had a C6 Z06 Vette and Ferrari 430 Scuderia. He got the 430 as payment in a real estate deal.
