A 1-ton truck nowadays can tow almost 40k lbs when optioned to do so. Seems like you should need a special license to drive a vehicle with 1/2 the towing capacity of a Class 8?

The owners of a local bike shop were killed a couple years ago outside of town. They were training for a tandem type event (husband and wife).  20 something driver was searching the passenger floorboard of her car looking for her phone while traveling 70mph.  She never saw them.

HOAs in AZ basically get the city off the hook for maintaining parks and code enforcement. Many of these small towns exploded during the boom days and didn’t have the regulatory wherewithal to do what most cities that are already big do.

This. The charging whips are so short on the Tesla units they only really work efficiently if the vehicle has the port on the left rear (for backing in) or right front.

My guess is the Sheriff’s Deputy will be threatened, etc. and forced to move and will never work as an officer again.
