I tried it for a few hours. I didn't have fun. At all. Uninteresting combat, horribly caustic community... there's no real incentive for me to keep playing. With Dwarf Fortress I was having fun within twenty minutes. I'm not willing to invest an unknown amount of time into a game before it starts being fun.
