I called 911 in Colorado Springs Colorado, and got the “we are experiencing high call volumes, please hold and Someone will be with you shortly”..needless to say my roommate died before anyone arrived(suicide). Should have tried the non emergency number, nobody probably calls that number... hindsight is 20/20.
