LCD vs OLED

I went to PAX this weekend, got a chance to try both out.

First Blacklight on the PS4. Frame rate was trash, I just upgraded to 120hz monitor and the sub 30 frames a second was painful.

Controller was amazing, I loved the new controller.

Second I played Forza on the XBO. Frame rate was better, still not great. I was

If you have eyes, it looks like Megaman.

By the way, Kotaku friends, don't waste YOUR time in the comments arguing with this random dude who emailed me, okay? I know it's tempting, especially when he gets talking about all the secret videogames hidden in mass murderer's sock drawers (um, WHAT?!) But the reality is: We're going to change the conversation

Not sure why everyone is all "Leave MS Alone!"

Man, where were you when the likes of Adam Greenberg and J. Allard made it their life's work to just be complete and utter dickbags to Sony? This isn't pathetic, it's what MS deserves after getting on its high-horse during this generation.

I love the continual white knighting of the people sticking up for Microsoft like they are the 80 pound nerd getting beaten up by the 300 pound neckless Jock..

Normally they are the people not old enough to remember the "Genesis does what Nintendon't..". This stuff is great fun and I desperately want one of these

This is funny. Some of you guys are way too touchy.

For sure, i'm not saying that as a negative thing. It's a simple, fun, pick up and play type game. I'm interested in giving it a shot but I just don't know if it's worth being one of the first games I buy on PS4.

It's a PS1 game with PS4 graphics.

For me it was less about the camera and more about the mandatory purchase. I own a 360, and Kinect has never once so much as even crossed my list of things I want to buy. Ignoring the publisher favoring DRM, my interest in the Xbox One was significantly lessened the moment they announced the Kinect requirement and

It really does smack of corporate out-of-touch myopia. It's hard not to think that they decided on the feature set without giving a second thought to how potential customers would react, and now are just running around with their hair on fire trying to make it go away yet without having a clue what they're doing.

Well, there goes the neighborhood. Not sure if this is because Microsoft legitimately is listening to fans or if their decision making management structure is as flimsy as a house of cards

I swear, this back-and-forth policy adjustment is some of the craziest stuff I've ever seen in the video game industry. Is it really too much to ask for a product with a solid, predictable feature set that doesn't change every three hours because your competitors did the same?

They had plenty of time. They were aware internally before the unveiling as to what people would be concerned about, and they had plenty of time between the unveiling and E3 to address the specific concerns. One of the biggest problems was that no one at Microsoft had the same sheet of paper, with different employees

I guess it is pretty subjective, Infamous 1&2, Uncharted 1,2,3, Sly 4, The Ratchet & Clank games, the MLB the Show series, tales of graces, modnation, ni no kuni, and more are all exclusives I have for my PS3, most xbox exclusives were shooters which is a genre I rarely play although I do have Forza 3&4, Tales of

I'd have to disagree with you vehemently on that. I'd have to flip your "Sony" to "Microsoft" as it's lacking more than a few games that fit my snobbish cup of tea. (Honestly, this whole generation feels like that, but the 360s library is criminal with its lack of quality, artsy exclusives lately.)

And yet game library is what really matters, and if you compare console exclusives I think PS3 really won out this gen.
