One great feature of OneNote is shared notebooks, where two or more authors can collaborate on updating content. Also, you can use Window logo key-S shortcut to take a screenshot of the whole screen, a particular window, or any part of the screen; a handy tool for those who write computer tutorials or software

Thanks for a great article. OneNote is Microsoft's best app. I have been using it for almost 10 years now. It is the only reason I run a Windows virtual machine on my Mac. I have tried every alternative out there including premium Evernote service. Nothing comes anywhere close to the muscle and flexibility of OneNote.

PDF Expert for iOS allows you to do so. Actually, you can type, handwrite, or doodle anywhere on the page. You can even record an audio note, which is great for studying and recording lectures_Make sure your instructor is ok with your recording their voice. I use PDF Expert myself to annotate the textbooks I teach.
