That’s what I figured, and I can’t understand why they’re losing money (unless you can use two coupons at a time and get 40% off?) — because IME, their prices are fucking INSANELY high. Like, pretty much any sheet set / pillow / etc they’ve got, you can get same thing or comparable at Macy’s or any other department…

I always assumed everything was marked up and the 20% off coupons brought it down to the price they wanted to sell for while making you think you were getting a good deal.
