Nope, but I am a little sarcastic.

Hmm, give me a sec while I actually read the article...

I believe you're misinterpreting his comment. The article's title is also problematic. When Miyamoto meant "creative immaturity" he was referring to the ways "bloody shooter software" which are considered immature in various cultures. He added the "creative" bit

Sorry, but that doesn't make any sense at all. And I fail to see how risks have anything to do with creativity. What you're talking about now are sales.

You seem to make the argument that an entry in an existing franchise cannot be innovative. I think that's erroneous. If anything, Nintendo seems to take great risks with their franchises *because* they're franchises. It's a form of risk mitigation for them. Having a familiar character or art direction does not

Palm rest not removable = keyboard not buyable. Pretty dumb move by them.

Saints Row did it.

These comments, man.

the amount of people trying to convert you to Dota 2 just because you mentioned being new to League, dang.

Best Wii U Game Of 2014's First Half: Mario Kart 8. The closest thing to a no-brainer so far this year? When/if the Wii U turnaround starts, people will point to the release of the latest Nintendo-built racing game as the release that started it.

I see it like this: They are aliens to this planet, they find something cool in it, like let's say Samurai movies and other japanese pop culture things. And they try to imitate it.

Yeah, I'm genuinely surprised by the amount of hype for this game already. Not that I don't think it'll be cool, but I can't help feeling like people's expectations for this game are already way beyond what they should be.

I'll be more inclined to celebrate the studio after the game is released and is what they promised it to be.

Watching the trailers for MGSV makes you wonder if the spirits of Dostoyevsky, Stanley Kubrick, and Caravaggio entered Hideo Kojima's body because, using the art of gaming as his canvas, he boldly goes where no one has gone before.

I came here for Mycaruba.
