Hey now... it’s been like a full year since the last EMU shooting.

We are just having a difference of opinion on what I meant by “run a line,” and it’s going way too far, haha. Laine is the third best player on his line, in my opinion, and certainly the 2nd best if you want to argue it. My whole point was until Laine is the top dog on his line (like Ovie is, Kane is, Tarasenko is,

What’s nonsense is making an argument like this when you don’t watch the games. Ovechkin has barely played on a line with Backstrom all season. Laine is overhyped for a one-dimensional rookie on a great line to this point. He’s a great player, but I will buy the hype when I see him doing more than just scoring goals.

Yes, very aware of the difference between a winger and a centre. Great wingers definitely run their own lines, whether they take face-offs or not. Ovechkin and Kane are great examples of this.

This is a good comment. Put a pure scorer on a line as good as the one he’s on, and they’re going to get goals. I’d like to see the kid run his own line before giving him superstar status.

You can download things ahead of time to watch from your device with Prime. I do it every time I fly so I don’t have to pay for crap airplane internets.

I hate the Habs and I applaud Price for this. That was the second time he got run in the game. Teams resort to this from time to time against Price because he’s so damn hard to score on. He’s a big man. No harm letting the league know he’s willing to beat a guy up mafia style if it keeps happening.

Glad I’m not the only one who saw it that way. Real hardcore teammate move in that instance. Those post-hit scraps aren’t always brutal, but to protect a guy that’s down on the ice like that you’re leaving yourself open to getting one in the jaw. Granlund deserves a pat on the back.

I think hockey is considered more deadly, but like you said, football has those injuries that come from getting hit over and over in such a brutal way.

Yandle’s streak is insane. People forget that Kessel is at 528 straight games as well. I believe the last time he missed a game was because of cancer.

Not only is he still playing, he’s 6 points away from Messier’s 2nd all time points mark, which is actually #1 for humans.

I don’t like your argument here, but I respect your right to make it.

COYS.

I had forgotten about this, haha. Thank you.

Report from Russia: Russian aircraft carrier’s rescue team once again proves to be best in world.

I’ve thought for a long time that a goalie should get a couple minute time out after the starter gets injured to warm up. Only in injury situations, I think it would be really beneficial to the game overall. Plus, most hockey games would be just fine adding a couple of minutes in this rare occurrence.

An entire city, in America, is dying because of their drinking water. I live in Michigan, and this is the first I’ve read about it in weeks. We know Snyder has given up on Flint, but what about everybody else?

Not saying anything new here, but fuck 2016.

“You say 7-9 like it’s a bad thing.”

I am not the exception. I eat gas station hot dogs. A lot.
