cheating has become a problem in the competitive pokemon community, so this doesn’t surprise me much at all. This seems to be The Pokemon Company’s first real attempts and dealing with it, so we’ll see what happens.

Hm, I dunno. I’ve been enjoying it okay. I like a lot of the new loot content. Arguably they could have done better with the snow ball offensive, but I’ve found it intense and exciting.

Hey!! I saw his season of food network star! He was the one I wanted to win the whole time. I’m glad he’s found something to do since his show didn’t work out :( He makes such inventive things.

I’d like to think I’m already improving the pool now. I’m working on getting pokemon with good IVs now, and all of my non-perfect pokemon get thrown into wonder trade to help other people get their start. I’m also trying to include rarer pokemon when I do this.

Did they really change their minds, though? Or did the  people who were super angry just move on with their lives unsatisfied?

Really hoping this is a feature that comes to the rumored third version (which SHOULD be called Eclipse... though perhaps Stars is more appropriate for the third monster...) because I really want my adorable Starmie and Clefable to be able to follow me around.

People can say what they will about League of Legends, but their art team is top fucking notch. Every new piece is so beautiful and vibrant, and they catch the emotion they’re trying to convey really well. This Mitchell guy is a great artist, like dang.

This change makes sense mathematically. I never even considered this a grab for more purchasing of loot boxes. I’ve bought them before too, but not because I felt like I didn’t have a good shot of getting new things. I’m cool with this.

I’m pretty hopeful for Mania, it looks solid and the guy heading the project(Christian Whitehead, I think?) seems to have a gift for this sort of work. 2017 can be hit or miss for sure, but if it’s anything like Generations, I’m gonna love it. They said it’s not a sequel to Generations, though, so I guess I’m not sure…
