Calling only the newer generation designs more mundane is actually crazy. Gen 1 had Seel. It had a pile of slime named Grimer that evolved into a slightly larger pile of slime named Muk.

Glad they’re making a donation to the Trevor project!
I got the impression that Bernadetta’s mother had her kidnapped and shipped off to the academy to get her away from her piece of shit father.
The Secret of Mana remake last year did absolutely NOTHING for me, but I am INTENSELY excited for this. I played that fan translation of Seiken Densetsu III back in the day and it remains one of my favorite SNES games of all time. I loved the mix and match your party element, and I loved playing co-op with my friend…
KILLED IT on this one Jason.
With no way to get free card packs at launch, they put the nail in their coffin themselves, especially on top of the game not being f2p.
Manbabies don’t like being called manbabies. Shocking.
A shame this sort of thing happens even at a company like Riot.
There is definitely a lot going for these... but to be honest, I just feel like if they’re going to make the first mainline pokemon game on a console, it’s going to be ALL new. New region, new pokemon. I just feel like a nostalgic route is not the way to go for the first entry on the switch for maximum hype.
Feel better Mike!!! You’re a fighter for sure!
I sorta get what you mean, but on the other and, if my first thought when I see “Starbucks” is “coffee” then I don’t think they’re really getting shocking data.
Nice!!! My boyfriend and I still play, so it’s nice to know there will be more to do soon. The community days have been nice recently but they are so time locked that if you can’t go to this even for two hours on one day every month, then there’s not much for it.
Now THIS is a red flag.
I’m fine with one-tricking when it’s not in competitive. In competitive it’s just not okay to force your team to build around you.
Yeah, I know. Like their porn!
Interesting. I wonder what this will be like... good I hope. I really enjoyed the manga.
And what I’m saying is we can respect those people who achieve more without simultaneous spitting on the people who don’t or can’t.
I’m gonna say “fuck naw” to that. I reserve the right to expect better of people.
No, not at all. What I’m trying to get at (and perhaps not articulating well, I’m very tired) is that if someone plays Dark Souls and drops it for being too hard, there are people out there who believe themselves to be TRUE gamers because they play harder games, who look down on those who play simpler games/easy…
I didn’t fully elaborate my position in that first post. I’m not talking about this specifically, but general discourse around game difficulty.
