I need this game. So slick looking.

I'd like the ability to save songs to the SD as midi. And transfer songs from the first version. I fucking love my DS-10, so this might be a a future purchase.

Considering how many times I've been into a Gamestop and been told there was no unopened copy of a game, I'd say this isn't an isolated incident. How hard is it for them to just make a dummy box when they only have one copy of a game?
