Noel did a pretty good job remixing D'you know what I mean recently. Wish he remixed the entire album - apparently that was the original plan but he got bored with it. I just really want a 2017 remixed My Big Mouth/It's Getting Better Man double-A side

Alas, 2016 proved that nothing matters, including debates

I've been online dating after splitting from my ex-wife for about a year and a half now. Honestly, it's been pretty great. I've met some great, intelligent, fun women - I've found that the key is not to let it take over your life, not go into any first date with huge expectations, and to take breaks now and then.

Slowdive's "Sugar for the Pill" is ridiculously good. I like how they've kept their sound but also sound modern

Created a Spring 2017 playlist this week of some current favorites (it IS spring, right? eventually?…)

Which has also a similar would-you-make-the-same-choices-again-if-it-meant-repeating-the-pain question/theme to it

And paired with that perfectly timed closing shot of Jyn in the imperial pilot uniform and the lights turning on. Perfect

That's a rebel insignia on her arm though, isn't it?

The "force" (har, har…) of these trailers is just crazy. Each one brings the tears. In this case, it's at the end when (Leia? Lupita Nyong'o?) says "The force is calling YOU. Just let it in" followed by the beautiful closing note. If the movie is half as well made as these trailers, then I think we'll be fine

No 1963??! Nice to see Leave Me Alone getting some love. It's always been one of my favorites. While it doesn't hold up to the glory post-Movement 80s output, Get Ready still stands up as a solid album (OK, except for Rock the Shack). I'd put Crystal up there as one of their 10-15 best songs. Oh, what I would do to

The bus scene was ridiculously tense for me. When the bus hit a bump and teacher jumped up, I thought for sure that something was going to come into view in the background through the front windshield and something horrible was going to happen.

I really like where this season is going. On one hand, Don is staying committed to living a more honest life and keeping his drinking in check. Yet this being Mad Men, this doesn't all lead to a complete change and contentment in a linear fashion. Don still lies to Megan until he can't lie anymore. At the end of S6, I

Just finished this episode. This has to be one of my all-time favorites. So many great moments. Loved Jon Hamm's Draper-smirk/laugh when Sally asked him how he was going to make it right. The same smirk he gave when Peggy told his she was joining Ted Chaough's firm

i WANT to like that album. the songs are there, but the production is god-awful. it should be relatively raw, but instead sounds like a computer program. pop is fine, but this band should not sound like katy perry/miley cyrus.

"A deep voice might be all surface, but it's still attractive, which is a good description for Don in general. The thing people fall in love with is the surface of Don "his deep voice" because they think there is something there underneath "something…restores my confidence"."

I'm pretty much with you although I'd probably switch 2 and 3 (4-3-2-5-1-6). The way everything crumbles towards the end of season 3 and starts anew in season 4 with more light, and the gradual shift into "the 60s" is pretty amazing. I thought season 6 was the worst of the bunch although it's still good. There were so

No mention of Japanese Whispers?? I love that collection. Disintegration is their finest work, and does perfectly blend their earlier atmospheric vibe with their later pop hooks, but I love their wish/seventeen seconds/japanese whispers era the most (although pornography is too suffocating for me)

Loveless is one of the most overrated albums ever. I guess you had to "be there" in '91 to still think it's one of the best albums ever made. Discuss
