The lack of energy is the worst part, in my opinion. With energy, you can fight and run and try alternate solutions. Without energy, I sometimes wonder if I'm all that different from a corpse to begin with. You're doing well, though, even if it doesn't seem like it. Getting out to the doctor is a victory when you

Heretic Pride was a deliberate return to doing an album without an overarching concept, if I recall the interviews correctly.

I did ASIST training a couple of years ago. They spent almost all of the time on getting everybody more comfortable with asking the question. It's the big hurdle. Jump it and the rest will often be easier.

Back when the suicidal urges started, I was 9 or 10. Thinking about what it would do to my mother was pretty much all the nuance I could manage at that age, but it worked.

I hope you don't mind if I piggyback on this with a similar list of Canadian resources.

Just had a look at the menu. If I make it up there, I'll definitely eat there. Thanks.

I'll keep that in mind. We're looking at which museums we want to go to, so that's helpful information.

I'm definitely not going to Montreal and expecting that everyone's just going to speak English for me. I'm grateful that I'll apparently be able to get by. I intend to be a good guest.

Sunday will be our first full day there! That sounds like a good place to check out. I'm definitely going to try to get to St. Viateur.

I hadn't heard of Mont Royal, so we'll definitely try that out. Old Montreal is on the list. I figure I'll be pretty grateful if I can get by on English, so I don't intend on taking it personally.

Definitely on the list.

Montreal may be mildly wasted on a vegetarian such as myself, but I'll give the recommendation to my girlfriend. We're definitely going to check out Old Montreal.

I like to treat restaurants (as I don't go out often) as research. I like to taste something that's been made properly so that I have some idea of what I'm doing when I try it myself. Trying out a recipe cold always feels like playing music from a sheet without hearing it, which is not my strong suit.

As a kid, I didn't get that the vagina and the anus were a different area. I thought that it was all just a sort of "downstairs plumbing" sort of situation that was all clustered together. It occurs to me that this isn't so far off from a cloaca.

When I was a younger kid, I briefly thought that gay sex was basically synonymous with BDSM (an acronym I did not know). I had pretty much only heard of stereotypes and those stereotypes involved a lot of leathermen.

"Little-known fact there, Norm: clitoral stimulation was invented by the ancient Egyptians. They were inspired by the story of one of their goddesses riding a hippo bareback."

I'm off on a brief-but-romantic vacation to Montreal quite soon. I've never been in the city in my adult life. Does anybody know of any places I just have to make sure to see? I'll have about three full days there.

Makes it easier to count to 21!

I just had a glance at the feature page, as I recalled seeing the thumbnail. It's still there. They covered "Mr. Jones", apparently.

Their own webspace, torrents (which can even be sold these days), mail order, live sales, etc. What this means is that the party is very much over for them. They could still try to squeak by with the most loyal of fans, but AV Undercover appearances are a thing of the past.
