YOU didnt but your not a teacher right? They have it very hard with all the kids and demanding parents and teaching multiple subjects, demanding hours and they're underpaid by at least 50% or so. Im sorry, but teachers need more otherwise this will happen more often.

Im actually not, do you understand the state of some of our schools? Theres a reason American children do worse than international students and theres a reason teachers hate there jobs

Maybe if our schools got more funding teachers wouldnt be under this kind of stress which impairs their ability to do their jobs and eventually trickles down to our childrens educations...

I think we are on the same page. for me, I dont think we need a term to replace it and that just having a term for "them" is the main problem.
