How about just drive the car somewhere where it's a lot hotter, like....any other country with a tropical climate?

@Kaiser-Machead: The only one advantage I can think of is that a pair of fast-flapping wings don't shear off fingers as readily as a spinning air blade would. I tried my index on a live chicken and a ceiling fan....not counting the chicken biting my pinkie, the ceiling fan hurts more.
