Does he though? Doing the stuff he did legitimately shortened his career.

No but Raw has the better women's division apparently

What are the WWE doing with The Club? Seriously. I know the lines between face and heel are more and more blurred blah blah blah, but here's the thing: when heels cheat and win, it's because the they're cutting corners while the faces are stoic and playing by the book, as they should be. When a face cheats and wins at

The western reaction has been favourable so far

It's right there in the score and in a lot of the dialogue. There's an obvious influence but it's not beholden to it either.

Obviously the familiar relation is the comic book side of things. Diamondback himself in his characterisation and Luke Cage to a degree are purely Blaxploitation however.

I'll give you a pity point for that. Definitely started strong.

Final Destination 2 really worked in the sense that you'll do your best never to follow a semi-trailer on a highway ever again.

Yeah I can't deny that was a thing, unfortunately. All ninja fights just blurred into the other and Punisher just nods on a rooftop and what

HAHA! I THREW THAT SHIT BEFORE I WALKED IN THE ROOM!

The show is half modeled after Blaxploitation films, on top of being a comic book property. It's part of the package IMO.

I have to disagree. I found the final confrontation satisfying and the second last episode of Luke Cage is the strongest of the series.

You're right: those are your opinions. It's just at this point you're in the minority and I personally couldn't disagree more about what you view as sloppy writing or exploiting gratuitous violence - nor do I see any example of a show showing any previous strains. But that's also just me.

Sure. What do they know?

And yet he also said to Bernard himself last episode to never view the hosts as more than robots.

Could have easily been touching on how Bernard lost a child and seems to be focusing a lot on robotics to fill that void or even correct it.

Death does matter though. It's the echoes of death which is every bit as traumatic as it is for a human being which are causing the hosts to slowly become aware, and it's going to be all of those deaths in the name of entertainment which is going to be the catalyst for a Big Robot Rebellion™.

No, it's just you~

Oh I get your deal now, captain contrarian.
