Ah, they're trying pulling out all the stops in Roman's Cena-esque booking as a cheer-vampire. Tonight was both a classic and transparent move: partner ailing Superstar™ with a more popular performer in the hopes that the cheers will transmit like some sort of airborne virus or shameful STD. I don't think even Sasha

The techs noted she's one of the oldest hosts in the park. Pretty noteworthy, no?

That's the way I'm leaning at the moment.

I can't speak for everyone but I don't care about the casting of Ed Harris - I'm just keeping an open mind, considering we're only two episodes into a new show. I'm analysing this from a narrative perspective. It's very rare a show will tell you everything you need to know about a mysterious character in one episode.

Considering the character is 40+ years old, actually could be an original take :p

Sounds like a more than solid Gears experience, I'll probably pick it up sooner rather than later.

Implied being the operative word.

"And he totally raped Dolores, sorry, guys."

True! He's not carrying any films and only occasionally pulls out a gun however… sorry. ;P

Yeah The Devil's Backbone is a regular Looney Tunes episode. :p

This is a Dreamworks joint also. But I don't see the problem you're seeing.

The thing is Marvel puts people in multi-film/year contracts. I can't see them putting anyone in a lead hero role who would come out of the contract at 60. Robert Downey Jr is now 51 and he's been Iron Man for about 8 years already.

TIC TACS AND PEPE THE FROG, SYMBOLS OF HATE

I really don't think he has the acting skills to play a guy constantly tiptoeing on the edge of madness/delusion. Plus he's 52.

No knock against "CW level" because they do put on decent shows, but there's still a significant level of polish, freedom and $$$ Netflix clearly has over them. Not quite HBO level of quality but somewhat close. But Netflix also ordered a slate of Adam Sandler films so obviously some room for improvement…

Hmm

Usually you don't get one of those until after half a dozen tequila shots

The Iron Fist comics in recent years have done a great job to address the ideas of the "great white savior" and appropriation and whatnot. People should bother to check out the product before knee-jerking.
