Why are people jumping to all of these fantastic conclusions of where the story of this show is heading? Has there been anything solidly pointing to things like alternate dimensions, time travel or whatever?

I don't think Bryan was ever a "vicious" heel, and he doesn't have the mic chops to carry such a thing off outside of the ring. He's great at being passive aggressive, though.

I wouldn't say the episode length of Smackdown is a flaw at all. These days it's a godsend, compared to RAW's consistent bloating.
