Louis CK had a redemption arc? Was it before or after his distinctly incel-ish club appearances where he was all whining about how unfair cancel culture is?

So your main takeaway from her post is that she writes funny, not that there was some (at the least) creepy shit going on that they had to make a rule like that in the first place? She was like 14 years old.
Agnes has got to be lying and play-acting that she was frozen and “coming to” with the Vision zap since we know she was self aware and wanting to redo her scene last time. Her car lights were on so she couldn’t have been there that long, not as long as the other frozen people. He caught her trying to do something at…
Iron Fist really got cancelled just when it hit it’s stride. Not only do we not get a third season, we also don’t get a Daughters of the Dragon with Missick and Henwick. I also wanted to see what they did with Typhoid Mary.
Why would anyone want to pay to get rejected? They can get that for free in real life.
Fuck, Ward was a good character, and Tom Pelphrey is a damn good actor
I will never forget how much I hated Ward when the show started and thought him so incredibly useless as a character to him being by far my favorite by the end.
I was one of the few of my group of geeks that actually saw potential for iron fist in the first season. Granted, I was also probably the only one that was also a geek for the ins and outs in Hollywood trade rags at the time as well, (for my job,) so I knew the issues that were plaguing production at the time, and was…
Yes. There are several instances in this recap in which assumptions are made that shouldn’t be.
Monica is clearly moved when Jimmy mentions Captain Marvel.
I think history shows it was a smart decision for the One, considering their aim with the Kinect wasn’t clicking with developers or public to justify the Kinect’s ongoing existence. Keeping the Kinect might create a niche of game genres, but it’s pretty apparent that is not Microsoft’s goals- they are aiming to…
Look, I want it. I want it so bad.
It surprised me this entire season how there are comments about how Luke hates Mariah and yet he continuously saves her from being murdered. It’s like these people don’t understand that Luke is a hero and doesn’t want anyone to be murdered.
I dunno, it has its uses. There were things here I’d forgotten since watching season 1.
This is such a dumb take.
If nothing else, I really loved all the scenes of the protagonists trying to wrap their minds around what is happening, being in denial, and now having lots of possibilities in front of them. I don’t think a down-to-earth story rocked by supernatural forces has ever done that element better than this show.
Yeah, the moment when he just stands there with blood spattering his face . . . perfect, real reaction. The brain just doesn’t process that quickly, cop or not. It takes a beat or two to sink in, before reaction/training kicks in.
The whole “I’m too important” and must pick my “shows” with care attitude really makes care about nothing you say. I’m too buy on my yacht spending time with all my charities, while picking apples with my adopted family, while curing cancer to really get into what you were trying to say.
also you can’t be that busy, if…
How is this bad writing? Seale is portrayed as a self-centered asshole who believes that he is right and clearly doesn’t like being told what to do. So him spilling the beans, even after repeatedly being told not to, makes perfect sense for his character. The fact that Claude is so quick to admonish him just proves…
There’s no doubt that you would be a great writer if you were ever to write a screenplay yourself, but I think you just love to poke as many holes in things as possible. This is a thoroughly enjoyable series in an era with a lot of bad content. I would hate to be sitting next to you watching anything.
