Once you wrap your head around it, it makes perfect sense.

Gamora went off on her own because obviously she has a lot to process, what with her father dying and finding she was killed by him in an alternate future. Time travel doesn’t work the way you’re insinuating in this film, 2014 Gamora is alive.

Only all of Thanos’ army was dusted. She wasn’t part of them, so she wasn’t dusted. They weren’t sent back to the past because the events that are happening are their new present.

*when we’ve been spoonfed specific time-travel tropes through pop culture

I don’t feel “because quantum” quite encapsulates the specifics of what I just quoted from the film.

They explained it in a way that paradoxes are impossible: “If you travel to the past, that past becomes your future. And your former present, becomes the past - which can’t now be changed by your new future”.

A theory is that he wasn’t worthy at the time because he hadn’t come clean to Tony about knowing Bucky killed his parents.

I feel most if not everything is actually explained perfectly in the film, but granted it’s a bit hard to wrap your head around how time-travel is explained to work here when there’s so much of everything else going on, and when we’ve been spoonfed different tropes through pop culture.

Hitchhiked

- They were in alien space vessels that can travel through galaxies and warp points, so I see no problem with them travelling through the quantum realm

- Because every action they take in the past still fractures the possibilities of how time will flow from that point onwards. If you want time to continue as much as it

Future Nebula shoots past Nebula and looks like she kills her, with no reprocussions.

Well you want to minimise as much damage to the time continuum as possible, right? Plus better to put them back in the past rather than keep them as a danger in the present.

Shuri managed to map a lot of Vision’s ‘brain’ when figuring out a way to remove the Mind stone in Infinity War, so there’s a backdoor to bring him back. I assume they’ll bring him back in his monotone off-white form from the comics.

Nebula was on the Milano at the end with the rest of the Guardians. Gamora went off by herself.

In the comics Cassie Lang eventually becomes a Young Avenger who goes by the codename Stature (they’re also planning a Disney+ series where Clint Barton ‘Hawkeye’ is training a new protege in Kate Bishop, also a Young Avenger) so make of that what you will.

Well firstly 2014 Thanos time travels with assistance thanks to 2014 “evil” Nebula, who first travels to 2023 using the Pym particles she stole from her 2023 “good” self and operates the time machine from within the Avengers compound to let his ship through from the past.

They explain that time travel doesn’t work as

I was perfectly fine with the LOST finale and I’m perfectly fine with this film. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They had no time to properly grieve for Natasha at that point - they still had a mission to finish.

Endgame easily has funnier moments than Infinity War.
