I thought HEALTH’s just released album actually leaned harder into drums than Death Magic, for what it’s worth.

The events in this show are so unrealistic - there’s no way any teen would immediately answer a phone call from their parents, especially when they’re about to ~do it~.

Has anyone mentioned HEALTH - Vol 4:: Slaves of Fear? Cause that’s all you need to know.

Man he must really love wendigo, since they play a big part in the PS4 horror-adventure game Until Dawn, which he co-wrote the script for.

Really, I’m just happy Respawn have a hit on their hands. Better that than they fold or get dissolved by EA and we don’t get anything from them ever again.

Probably not the best thing for him to wade into, as fandom on such a niche show is best to nurture and grow rather than shut down - but it is a bit frustrating that any close male friendship in media inevitably gets shipped, ala Bucky and Cap, or even the Winchester’s (who are brothers, at that). Men have trouble

The bad guys end up dead

It apparently tested so well Marvel decided they wanted the show back in their own hands, especially since it seemed Freeform didn’t know quite what to do with it. It seems like they’ve been biding their time since, but execs were pretty high on it.

It didn’t get dropped, Marvel asked for it back:

Going through a tragedy does not give you ultimate insight into what this country needs to operate

Also, wow, French Stewart.

I should have seen Viktor being a douche coming, but I never once thought his interest wasn’t legitimate. I credit it to the actor, who until now had always come off more... simple and affable, I guess.

You should give it a watch before judging.

Hot Fuzz. I could watch it over and over and still remain as entertained as I was the first time I saw the film. And there always seems to be something new I notice, thanks to it’s insanely clever editing.

Why are long form mysteries woven into a series seen as such a negative now? Would Twin Peaks get a C+ because they wouldn’t reveal who killed Laura Palmer by episode 3?

I’d say this is the one time the uncanny valley actually serves the story, seeing that she’s a cyborg.

Going to be playing the Anthem demo this weekend, servers willing. I’m looking forward to it actually: the gameplay looks a lot of fun, the world mixed between gorgeous and “seen it”, and a lot of the story I feel has been kept under wraps, so there’s still going to be a lot of surprise for the full game. It’s interesting how this game has split reviewers down the middle (33/40 from Famitsu though!), but then I think: well, what Suda/Grasshopper Manufacture game hasn’t done that?

So I found out myself, and it’s indeed a lot of fun, filled to the brim with the Suda/No More Heroes style humour you either love or bristle

There’s been an addendum added to that article you linked which you really should read. What were you saying about agendas?

Updated at 7:30 p.m.: Chicago PD now tell me via email that “in the initial reports there was no mention of MAGA,” but “when detectives follow[ed] up with him later in the day, he recalled the offender[s] making those comments and detectives completed a supplemental report.” It would appear that earlier statements by
