Yeah, fair enough. Not so much a disagreeing, just that I find the idea that porn is negatively informing men’s idea of sex a bit of a slippery proposition.

But my first impression is that the character has shifted dramatically in these past two episodes and the show is trying to handwave that away as being part of Alisa’s inherently volatile nature. To be clear, I very much like the performance McTeer is giving in this episode and I’d much rather have it over her

I have a feeling they may sub Bullseye in for Nuke in their take on Born Again actually, which wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing. Still, a waste of Nuke regardless.

I wasn’t old enough to rave or anything and it was a bit indiscernible to know what the song was about without access to genius.com, but Born Slippy felt every bit like an anthem.

Are they, though? How is that argument any different than saying violent video games or rock music make people more violent?

Or is the issue rather just people being unable to make distinctions between fantasy and reality?

Hey, hey. No judgement here.
Keep stepping backwards though thanks... yup, just through the door...

Man, if that I Want Your Cray-Cray music video wasn’t horribly noughties in all the right/wrong ways (it’s hard to tell really). More like I want your cringe-cringe, amirite

Things are a lot more interesting with shades of grey.

Loved the wig maker getting that extra hundred out of Trish for no extra info at all.

Yeah doesn’t seem like something a character can come back from, even in a Marvel property. Just seems like a waste, y’know?

A buck short

Bummer about Simpson, considering how notable his comic book counterpart is (and his history with Daredevil).

Same!

Will Simpson (Wil Traval) is apparently also back this season to which I say: I’d rather have Robyn.

What you’ve said there is a far cry from your OP, just saying.

Ugh keep the “boo OMD” rants to Comic Book Resources or something.
Also the marriage was boring af, sorry to tell you.

Yes because the Marvel Netflix experiment as a whole has been so terrible and unenjoyable. No critically lauded shows at all, nope.

Oh boy! Just wouldn’t be an article or review about a Marvel/Netflix property without pointedly bringing up how much we didn’t like Iron fist for the umpteenth time!

God, early 00's music was generally abysmal. A few standouts but overall, unless you liked Nu-metal or mainstream rap/R&B you were pretty screwed.

Jingle All The Way reboot?
