Your math is totally off. It is a voltage of 3.7, not 5. (measured by battery voltage, not output voltage) The actual capacity of this battery is 74 watt-hours, well under the limit. Even if it was 5V, the capacity would be almost exactly 100Wh, which would be allowed.
