@GoonerVance: So because Sony doesn't run their own servers it gives Activision an excuse to fuck up? I fail to see how this makes it Sony's fault. #modernwarfare2

@n00b_pwner: @Shawnrw222: This is NOT a Sony problem. Activision knows they have to provide and maintain the servers on the PS3 version (they have for every other PS3 multiplayer game), but THEY did not provide an adequate number of servers for the PS3 version.

@GoonerVance: Doesn't Activision still pay MS to do the server maintenance though? So wouldn't it be the same cost (roughly)? #modernwarfare2

@Shawnrw222: It's not Sony's fault, it's IW underestimating the amount of servers they'd need. Other than this problem (which is really ridiculous though) I've never encountered any significant difference between XBL and PSN in terms of purely online play. #modernwarfare2

This is bullshit. IW should've have prepared for this. Are they still in 2007 when not many people had a PS3?

So where did IW say that the patch fixes the friend invites???

@MrMcdoobie: I've had it work for me about half the time (2/4). It's pretty bullshit to be touting host migration and have it not work half the time (at least). #modernwarfare2

@DHX: That was the only part I fired my gun. I thought it was necessary to clear the path. The level wouldn't be that offensive if you kind of just tagged along with them (which you mostly do though luckily).

Just let me send VOICE messages to people. I don't need cross game chat. I hate having to send messages typing with a stupid controller. #playstation3

I usually hate debates over games "going too far" or being too violent or the cause of violence, but I think IW went a little too far. I played that mission today and I felt extremely uncomfortable playing it. I didn't shoot my gun anymore than necessary. I think IW should've just made this mission without having

Hopefully EA can bring this series back to prominence and genuinely compete with COD. During the PS2-era this series was ridiculously good. I still love Frontline.

@NoBullet: Given the development of this game, why would you think the 360 version would be superior? #finalfantasyxiii

@m3rcer: It was implied we'd need them until an update but no one expected the update to come about a year later. #netflix

@ca$h is Mr. Happy: @Twag86: @wstrika: That's what I was passing out at midnight releases last night! I work at BB. I didn't know it was licensed for MW2. I thought it was just some Monster energy drink that happened to have a coincidental name and BB was giving away some free shit for coming at midnight. #mo

@Mr.Waffleton: I still think Halo 3 had much more hype. Until MW2 get's its own soft drink, Halo 3 is the king of marketing and hype. #modernwarfare2

@Koztah: I think people are just rationalizing at this point. It's gotten to the most minute and insignificant detail about which version of a game is better. #modernwarfare2

@potatojenkins: Then it gives some retailers an unfair advantage. Some retailers get their shipments sooner than others. This helps ensure every retailer has a fair shot at sales. #callofdutymodernwarfare2

@ThreeOneFive: How did I stereotype them? I think they're crappy games, and most reviews have agreed too. It's my opinion. You just made a huge assumption on my feelings on COD4 and every other FPS apparently.

@potatojenkins: Your fist point is total nonsense from a business standpoint. Making a specific release date which is firm gives the publisher and retailers time to prep promo material, advertising, etc. Marketing sells products. It's proven. The average consumer doesn't follow games like us on Kotaku. They
