@Kyosuke_Nanbu: Wow. Return of the Jedi was AMAZING. It was almost as good as Empire. Why do people think the Ewoks suck so bad? Yes they were cute and cuddly, but they were a native species in a condense jungle who way outnumbered the imperial stormtroopers. The battle of Endor is not so improbable when you

@BadAxel97: Ok, you're just voicing your opinion, whatever. But you're very much in the minority. Not one person who responded to you has agreed with your sentiments. LIke others have said, what made COD4 so addictive was the perks and killstreak bonuses. And never was COD4 or WaW unbalanced (unless you were

@Tuggboat1121: Someone who can reach level 70 before millions of people probably doesn't have a life.

I still don't wanna buy this game simply because of how painfully hard it sounds/looks. I don't have the time or patience to replay segments over and over after "cheap" deaths.

@Malboro: Are you fucking high man? Or do you just love hyperbole?

@Azwethinkweiz12: Fortunately, the paper has nothing to do with Christian Science. It's just a name really.

@ipitydatfu: They're actually a highly respected news source and have nothing to do with Christian Science. This is coming from an atheist.

@MadExponent: Uh that's why he said Christian Conservatives. He narrowed down the group Christians to the ones that are also conservative. Touchy much?

@Lackshmana: I knew once I read the title of the article a bunch of ignorant gamers were going to comment on Christianity although their journalism has nothing to do with Christianity and is actually generally a highly respected news source.

It better be down because they're preparing a new firmware which magically unbricks all those screwed by 3.0 and 3.1

I'm so glad this guy sued and this issue is getting more attention. I, among many others, have had this exact situation happen to our PS3s, with Sony Consumer Services giving a big "f you" by trying to charge $150 to fix their error and blaming the consumer or acts of god for the problem. Even if this lawsuit

@Bialia: The problem is that wiping the hard drive isn't fixing it. This exact problem happened to my PS3 last week or so after I updated to 3.1 and I tried all that crap Sony said, and it stills is bricked. I'm with the plantiff. Having to pay $150 for something that is most likely their fault is bullshit.

@drawp: Mine too. I think this problem and lawsuit is legit.

@method47: I'm wondering though whether Sony is saying this isn't covered under the warranty. The exact same thing happened to my PS3 last week and Sony told me that it was impossible for an update to brick the system. I personally think they're full of shit, considering the massive amount of people complaining

@Silenthillnight: Remember when consoles had simpler technology, graphics sucked and all consoles could do was play games and do nothing else? Yea...

@Spderweb: The problem is there have been an onslaught of failures/bricks since 3.0 and 3.1 have been released.

@MagnusGman: So he was wrong in wanting his less than year-old console (in warranty) to be fixed by Sony for something that was their fault? 3.0 and 3.1 have infamously fucked up a lot of peoples' systems including mine. Unfortunately, I'm out of warranty so there's nothing I can do. This guy is right, and Sony
