@kadaj24: Sorry to bring a little negativity so right after the New Year, I'm actually a huge fan of the first. I'm just saying. :)

"Uncharted used 30 percent of the PS3's SPUs, and this time we're maxing it out."

@Psthreesixty Facepunch: My other roommate does almost the same thing. There's two. Jk. But from all the people I know who play or used to play WoW I've never seen a leadership quality in them or any strong work ethic. All the WoW players I know are lazy when it comes to work and school, or exercise for that matter.

@Kanji08: Well said. I don't think jobs should legitimately look at a WoW player as a quality or characteristic of a leader, but that's cool it has done that for you personally.

@Krumm: We're in college and rent is extremely expensive in West LA, I'm not on the lease, I have no choice but to share a room with him. If it were up to me he would've been kicked out already for that and other things.

@Krumm: Sorry I don't dedicate my life to some MMO, I wouldn't know.

Why would leadership in WoW carry over to the job market but not leadership in COD4, CS, L4D, or any other team-based game?

@Darrisbob1: They're trying to say there's a connection to their leadership skills in WoW and in real life work. There is not. I doubt any scientific study will show a connection.

BS. WoW does not demonstrate great leadership. My roommate (whom I hate because of this game) plays this in our room literally over 12 hours a day, and while he kicks ass in the game and commands things/people, he is a loser. Leadership in an online game does not equal leadership in a career.

@lllusionx: I think he was being sarcastic. If not he's an idiot.

@jello44: Your sarcasm meter is broken.

@CrashBandicooter: Seriously. I was thinking the same thing. He doesn't even look like Harrison Ford. My avatar (which has my face imposed over Han Solo) looks more like Han Solo almost.

No more voice chat? So much for me ever going on there again. I'm not spending hours typing on there virtual keyboard.

@kadaj24: Oh, and I love games with powerful stories or artistic touches like MGS4, flOw, FFVII, Shadow of the Colossus, Eternal Sonata, LBP, Okami, etc. While I love some of these enough where I question myself (MGS4 and FFVII especially for their amazing storylines) I still don't consider them art.

He's right. Games aren't art. At least not yet. Games don't challenge you or your beliefs or ideals like a film can. They don't represent social/political/cultural issues like film does. Some games have implemented issues mentioned but almost none have done it in a serious realistic manner with a connection to the

Great, I was already disappointed the new KOTOR is an MMO, now it's somewhat pay-based. Just give me Mass Effect 2 now Bioware.

@ChalkdustTorture: small percentage? There are tons of people who play nothing but COD4. Many on my friends list, my personal friends, people at work, customers I've talked to.

@Channing: I used to love that game too. I never owned it but I had borrowed it from a friend for a couple years. :)

I don't think of COD as yearly installments since Treyarch sucks at making the series, I only think of IW as the true COD titles. Yes WaW sucks. I HATE the single player and the MP is just a poorly designed ripoff of COD4.
