The nature of her promiscuity is not represented by the number of sexual partners she has had but the reason for her having sex in the first place. If you didn't get the fact that sex for her is the only way she can feel anything, you might have dozed off during the binge watching. They don't need to show her having

That just goes to show how easily people will blindly follow the herd.

So you only get excited for shows that properly represent a specific group of people? That does not sound fun.

Was an alright show. The villain is great, but Jessica Jones is really fucking cliché. They really pulled out all the stops for her. Promiscuity stemming from her need to feel something after being broken in the past? Check. So overly serious she almost becomes funny? Check. It falls into every fucking pitfall of the

best part of the show imo.

I made sure to not give anything away past the first episode of season 2, there are no spoilers. Though I do mention Gordon's arc in season 2 is shit. Most of what I wrote is about season 1

True, Mackenzie Davis is not exactly a good actor. Scoot McNairy (Gordon) and Lee Pace are exceptional I find. Lee Pace really steps up his game in season 2, he's the standout IMO.

Plus the acting is master class. Lee Pace's performance as Joe alone is worth watching. The dude should be having awards thrown on him.

Hopefully the show focuses less on Mutiny. Such a boring story arc. Seems like they were setting up some sort of anti-hero origin story with Joe at the end. Hopefully we see less of Cameron. Donna should take the reigns. As a villain of course, because that's what she ends up being. I hope they don't try to push her

The finale of season 2 is must-watch. It makes sitting through the insufferable first 6 episodes worth it.

And that makes it all the sweeter when the people who hate Joe end up worse than him.

First season is a solid period drama. Season two is a bit more confused, scraps all the period stuff and focuses just on character-driven drama. IMO season 1 was far better than 2.

Donna didn't go through with cheating because she was stopped. She says if it was up to her it would have been an affair.

The only reason Donna didn't cheat on him is because she got rebuffed when she tried. She even said it herself, it should have been an affair.

Holy crap. Talk about missing the train. You completely misunderstood what that scene between Cameron and Joe is meant to be. Joe has finally opened up to Cameron, after years of giving her the spin, selling her things, he finally tells her one thing that is true, from the heart.

He just got diagnosed with brain damage and his wife was nowhere to be seen. So he looked for a quick pity fuck. Compared to Donna cheating on Gordon in S1 for reasons that are much more than "I feel sorry for myself", he definitey did not deserve what he got. Donna bullied him into giving her money and is now keeping

I find it so weird Joe is seen as the villain when Cameron and Donna both completely destroyed his life over things he didn't do. To me, Joe is the underdog. He was wronged. Mutiny along with Cameron & Donna are the bullies. People are completely misunderstanding this season. They swapped the character archetypes. In
