ETA: Whoops, this reply should obviously be down below, in your comment about quitting. I'm moving it. so nothing to see here.

Only the pilot and I think some establishing shots. Production moved to Vancouver after that. The outdoor campus scenes are predominantly at University of BC.

She shows up in Ep. 2 It's not Shakespeare but I think it is better than tonight's review of Eps 1 & 2 would have you believe.

She was also on The Magicians tonight - so far so good.

This doesn't bode well for Spinal Tap cult followings either.

I'm loving all the cameos.

Oh okay - maybe that was it. I've been avoiding spoilers and trailers and whatnot. I thought he definitely seemed more made-up though, but maybe that's just the difference between the budgets and related production values, etc.of the two shows.

There seems to be some extra make-up going on besides the trache to make him look as creepy as the aging/reanimated/whatever version of Smoking Man should. Davis has spent the last few years on Continuum and definitely looked aged there, but normal.

She's graduated to cases like The Staten Island Spectre and The Lycanthrope of Liberty Island.

I agree the case file of the second movie was terrible and just a big bag of who cares. And I won't pretend it is a good movie overall.

They haven't outright done the 'horror in space' thing either so they could do all of that in same season. That has all the makings of a mishmash of Murphic proportions.

They havent done the bloody summer camp thing either, unless that was included somewhere in Freakshow, which I never finished.

That vision felt like the end of Raising Arizona. It was a nice homage that also felt like its own thing too.

I've been really liking the fast-paced half hour episodes but the closer we get to the cabin I've been thinking how I'd like to close out the season with a movie length episode. I'm not sure I want my cabin scenes in 30 minute chunks. I think I'd rather have the building & non-stop anxiety/humour that made ED II so

Bring Back Space: Above and Beyond

I was mildly impressed with this show for being significantly better than the books they were based on.

I did not think of that, but now wish I had.

I thought someone (him or Floyd) mentioned Floyd knew his mom, or some member of his family.

I can wash that away as just the observer effect to some degree: can't observe without affecting the observed, and all that jazz. Accidentally save Lou, distract Rye, etc. All because they forgot to turn off the headlights.
