Yeah, I like trading the fan theories back and forth, even if they are often way off-base. In Chuck's case, it's one of the things that is probably unofficial show canon, I think. I remember reading a few articles over the years that suggest he is supposed to be the SPN version of god. The actor once said that Kripke

I recommend 3nuts if you haven't already seen it. It removes the last panel/punchline of Peanuts strips, which often makes them a little disturbing:

The SPN audience definitely overly-speculates (myself included), similar to shows like Buffy and Lost fans over the years. But it's harmless so it doesn't bother me and I've always enjoyed hashing out fan theories back-and-forth for various shows. I agree this show is well beyond its prime, and various things about

It could be just them preparing too, in case of cancellation. I think ratings are down in comparison to last year, but not drastically I don't think. I would think that even if they got cancelled, they'd get 10-12 episodes for a short S11, but I guess nothing is guaranteed.

I'm interested in how both of these shows will play in renewals - both are sold internationally via streaming services like Netflix, but I have no idea if that's a major factor or just extra but non-essential revenue.

That's a good point about Crowley being Scottish. I wonder if that will be addressed but they'll probably gloss it over.

Thanks. To my knowledge there isn't a way to block people. I can hide my comments and make them private, but then they'd be blocked from everyone, which I don't want. There is no in-between on this software.

The Jimmy stuff was a long time ago. I think we last saw him in that same episode with the daughter, which was 4.20 according to Wikipedia. And I think they've mentioned his consciousness a couple of times since then, maybe. But I thought the Jimmy storyline was done long-ago, so this is interesting that they might

I really am not trying to prolong the awfulness of this thread, but since you asked: It's about a running "joke" about our avatars that has been going on since the beginning of August, but I'm being sincere when I say I've had enough and feel a bit bullied now. I've tried joking back, not engaging, being direct, and

Thanks! I figured most of you would be travelling/celebrating this week/weekend so I wasn't sure what the response would be. I'm not in the states so it's a regular old week for me, so wanted to give it a try anyway and see what happens.

Well, my main goal here was mostly to try and get the comments group together again, as I think most would agree it is/was a great little group. I'm probably not the one for for genuine encouragement on the show and my post itself is pretty boring out of context too: I still watch
the show as a genre fan and do like

You could try for Uncle Gabby - either the Maakies version or the Adventures of Sock Monkey version.

Honestly I just want you to leave me alone. I feel the joke is long over and now it feels gross and like you are trying to bully me.

Thanks for dismissing my concerns. Seriously dude, please just leave me alone.

Again, dude - you are not my leader. Know how I know? Your grammar sucks: you're friendly leader

Re: Supernatural Discussion

Thoughts on SUPERNATURAL 10.7: Girls, Girls Girls

Trying something out here: if you're still game to meet up each week for SPN discussion and haven't found a good alternative, I thought we could try meeting in the previous night's What's On Thread each week (the one that comes out late Monday/early Tuesday) as opposed to the newer one that comes out late

Sounds good! Maybe I'll post in tonight's What's On, pointing people to the previous night's thread and see if that works to generate some interest.

Re: Supernatural. I haven't been keeping up weekly but I don't think it's there every week, unfortunately. Or at least can be hard to find after the thread gets so long (Jeopardy's pretty popular), so I think many people aren't bothering if a thread isn't made right away
