So, I didn't think this was nearly as bad as I was expecting. It was typical CW fluff, sure, but it wasn't pretending to be anything else. I could see this show being popular with its target audience.

Supernatural 2: Monster-Mob Boogaloo
Plus, the look on this face before he responded pretty much said it all: he looked like a deer caught in headlights. He wasn't expecting that and had no idea how to respond to it.
Sorry, I didn't realize you couldn't see beyond the veil :)
The Mother personality from the movie is also mean to Norman, from what I remember - verbally abusive and WAY more of a nagger than Norma is in real life. But it has been awhile since I've seen the movie, so somebody else might remember this better.
subversive fist-bump
I thought this was the thread for The Blacklist
It's better than S1. There's still a few loose plot threads here and there, but it feels like it knows what story it's telling now, for the most part.
Oh Bigtits, ever the romantic, you.
It's not that he's doing something wrong necessarily, just something doesn't sit quite right with me about it/him (not including me liking Romero more).
It's interesting that the sheriff may actually be in the know about this too, not sure I like that twist though - I'm willing to buy Norman as an early killer but I think it works better with the fewest amount of people knowing about this as possible.
Zane's head is probably stuffed with doorknobs and sawdust.
I was sort of half-serious - Well, not really but I actually thought the Z and J might have been an intentional Wonder Twins allusion. Neither of them are as interesting or engaging as Lannisters.
George is both boring and entitled. Distraction from kidnappings aside, I really felt Norma had a point - I find him quick to whine. And his attempted smoochies kind of grossed me out, even though I find Vartan attractive in other circumstances.
this episode all but put a capper on the drug war storyline
I'm also really glad that Kira's back so quickly - was a little concerned the season would mostly be a FIND KIRA plotline. I'm still a little confused what that video was all about last week though. Did they mention/show that again, and I just missed it?
Loved her Audrey Hepburn-esque funeral attire. Maybe Hepburn's the source of the DNA.
Well, no loss. But if you periodically do "bad movie/tv nights",
it's a title that fits. Also one of the shows good for a "spot the cameo" of people who may or may not have moved on to better things. A handful of Buffy alum, and the like.
Do you remember that shitty Aaron Spelling show that was based on an RPG about Vampire clans as mob families? The (basic) premise of the spinoff sounds similar.
If it's the last season, he might not need to come back so much as just redeem himself before he dies? I think most of his fans might be pissed off if he dies a villain, but if he dies in redemption when there's no S11 anyway - could work.
