I had the same thing happen. And then I eyeballed the saleswoman who was telling me that (wearing Limited clothing) and realized that their size 12's are more like a 14/16. And they are ridiculously oversized. Now I see why women on the thin side of the spectrum end up needing to hunt out size 00's.
Do employees of baby clothes stores wear onesies?
I interviewed for the corporate office, and they 'suggested' that you wear A&F clothing. Luckily (I guess?) for me, my skinny ass really only fits into their jeans so that wasn't an issue. You are so right about that, though. Also, XoVain doesn't have any regular contributor who is in her 40s or older as far as I know, but on Mother's Day, some of the writers' moms wrote columns, which I thought was awesome!
Ugh, I was already to think you were wrong, but I have a colleague who I knew only through annually conferences who was from Mississippi who I thought was out and proud.
I agree, I'm having trouble seeing the humor in this. A child should not have to worry about being accused of stealing food in his own fucking home. :(
