Community college. I know you’re joking, but there is a tremendous demand for tradesman. The older folks are phasing out and there are no new people replacing them. There is a lot of work out there for those willing to do it. It’s a tough job though.

I can guarantee you that your local community college has a fantastic HVAC program.
