I do if he doesn't name some very key names first.
I’m not in NY, but I’m bringing you out of the greys so more people can see your comment.
Hey, everybody!
I told my younger sister that brussel sprouts were aborted cabbage patch kids.
When my younger brother started to get interested in astronomy at around the age of six or seven, he once asked at the dinner table when the world was going to end (the sun expanding, maybe a comet crashing into earth, etc). I casually said “Tuesday.” He started crying. It was awesome.
My favorite lies were the ones my dad told us about the imaginary menagerie of animals he’d met and/or hired.
When I was a kid, I used to stay with my grandmom during the summer while my mom was at work. She only lived a 5-minute walk from my house. When I was 9 and my brother was 11, my uncle, who was in his 20s, had to get his appendix taken out. So he had to stay with my grandmom for 6-weeks that summer.
I miss Carrie Fisher.
So, my theory is that the psychopath Perry killed his brother when they were kids, and Mary Louise covered it up. This is why the dad left. Celeste somehow found out about this, and is going to expose it in court. That Mary Louise knew Perry was sick and violent, and enabled it. BOOM!
I lived in the huge house right across the street from that Victorian for 5 years!
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boyington_Oak Before being hanged for a crime he denied committing, he claimed that a mighty oak tree would spring from his heart to prove his innocence. Visitors to the grave and tree say they’ve heard weeping when the winds are still, which creeps me right the fuck out.
Oooh mazel tov! I like this story.
Re: Meryl. I believe she knows her son is a rapist and murderer but is playing a very careful game of “sweet, supportive grandma” to the boys. How about Zoe’s mother?!. What’s going on with the precognition, dreams and visions? What happened when Zoe was a little girl?
I’m not convinced that she isn’t somehow messing with her drugs. I don;t know how but the fact that she was digging around in her pill drawer makes me think maybe she switched them out with something?
I am happy exhausted from gardening today. I bought 4 blueberry bushes from NJ and these colors...nature is art.
How often do you see women reacting this way to rejection? Occasionally, but it’s not at all proportional. Not even close. If you’re a man and can’t concede this absolute fact, you will never understand a fraction of what it is like to live as a woman on a daily, hourly, minute by minute basis.
And Raymond Burr played Perry Mason, adding another subtle hint that more mystery is afoot.
Fresno Man, the 2nd cousin of Florida Man.
Great time & place for attempting an unfunny joke. Good on ya.
