The President and the White House have no role in granting clearances, and getting fired is not a reason to deny a clearance. Clearances are a routine matter handled mostly by the Office of Personnel Management and contractors who conduct background investigations.

So I found a baby bird and took it to a wildlife rehab center and while I was there this woman started talking about how her husband has been out of work. And then she started shouting with joy that that’s going to change because “now we have Trump!” And I had to stifle a snort.

Actually, you can’t reason with conservatives. They don’t apply critical thought, they rely on emotion and fear to make decisions.

However, by your argument, if everybody deported is ultimately coming back anyway, then why even deport violent criminals?

If your plan allows access to every person who isn’t a violent criminal, why wouldn’t every person from any place that is objectively worse not come here?
