Right?? That made it even worse for me. No one mentioned race. It didn't take place in another country. But someone just waltzed right in and started yammering about how Indian people like incest (???) and are raised to be overly sexual creeps.
Oh, I did. I'm just tired of this very type of conversation pop up with certain people at the focus. I'm not at all judging Swedes as a whole, just racists.
I would agree with you. That's not really the point I was trying to make (Jez reactions to Western men vs. non)
Were you around for this thread: http://jezebel.com/my-favorite-ok…
Yes! And I find that knife gif particularly fitting for times when the rage is too much.
Will this comment section dissolve into a discussion about how reprehensible and gross Swedish culture is and how I have been approached by nasty aggressive Swedish men and that is evidence that they are an infantile culture?
I will gladly bathe in Glow by J.Lo any day. Smells like fancy pretty shit but not overly intense.
She is very beautiful, gotta give her that.
All I got from this is that there is something majorly wrong with you for spending time talking to 'hundreds' of guys on yahoo chat. Also you're racist.
Should be the third time:
I get that it wasn't your cuppa, but subtlety doesn't necessarily mean it's a good movie. Some movies need to hit you over the head. 12 Years was a visceral experience, most McQueen films are.
Oscar Isaac is fooooiiinne.
The only right answer was that she is terrible.
My only problem with this ad is the inclusion of Margaret Thatcher.
I thought it was even weirder that the camera did not pan to Chiwetel Ejiofor when they announced his name.
Are you YouTuber chescaleigh? I love you!
Really?? Adams and Bale manage to elevate it and it's fun but... It's not even the best thing I've seen this month, let alone years.
There's been a lot of shady stuff with the Hollywood Foreign Press - a few members have straight up refused to see 12 Years. And no, American Hustle is not that good. At all. It's mildly entertaining, at best. Dallas Buyer's Club is very strong, though.
