@Pessimippopotamus: How are long reviews a bad thing? In-depth testing and reviewing are qualities I look for in my car blogs.

Also, telling your petsitter that "the key is under the flowerpot behind the doghouse" via public Facebook wall post is not a good idea. Just sayin'. #safety

Why do you guys always rave over wagons so much? I've never found them to be very attractive. Although that Audi A5 Sportback that they insist on holding from us sometimes seems like one I would consider... #cadillacctsvsportwagon

This has to violate a few laws of physics. #russia

Is that the fuel tank cover from and Audi TT? That's pretty funny (and very cool) if it is. #localmotors

Hamburgers - Mad of Beef.

I would also argure TinEye. it's still in beta, but when it works, it works really well.

@jetRink: I completely agree. I'm perfectly happy with the UI on my Mac, but I know two friends who, when they switched to Ubuntu, spent inordinate amounts of time making it look and feel the way they wanted. One of them spent literally over a month before he got it right, and is still tweaking it. I think the

I completely agree. I use a Mac, and I'm fine with that, but I know two friends who, when they moved to Ubuntu, worked tirelessly to get it to look the way they wanted. The only problem is, it took one of them literally over a month of work to get it to act the way he wanted (which was very similar to a Mac UI).

It's funny because I would never get any work done next to/with my dad.

Should I defrag my mac? if so, what should I use?

160kbps. Pity me, my friends. My parents are cheapskates.

For some documents that you just don't want people to find, hide them in the system files. No one ever picks through those, so it's unlikely someone will find it by accident, and they're usually named things that nobody really understands, so it's hard to figure out where it might be even if you knew the document

When a Mac falls asleep after a certain amount of time, any current downloads stop and wait for the user to wake up the computer. This can cause a problem for someone like me, who has to let larger files of movies download/stream for a wile because of a slow internet connection. I sometimes like to let my computer

VOTE: Preview (OS X). Lightweight and easy. Plus, it's good for alot of other things as well.

Maybe you should have gone to that episode of Alfred Hitchcock Presents and seen what it's code really was.

Ok, this question has been in my head for a while. On LH, the editors and commentators seem to like online web interfaces, especially Gmail, a lot. I personally use the Mail app on my Mac, an I like it a lot more than the web based Gmail interface. It loads faster, I don't need to be connected to the internet to use

Well, those people used running Vista are used to this anyway, so it shouldn't be a big deal for them.

I'm down with the xkcd love :)
