Bioshock 1 is immensely overrated, the combat/areas are repetitive, the vitachambers take away any consequence of battles, the end boss is horribly out of place. Infinite is the better game. It's not perfect but it's better.
The difference is that when Ken Levine describes one thing and delivers another, the finished version is actually better. The same cannot be said about Peter Molyneux. Without laughing. A lot.
