Things made for industry always carry a higher pricetag.  There’s a lot of risk in selling to an industry if things go wrong, so I imagine that extra money goes to insurance and lawyer retainer fees.

I know about Artemis, I’m following it with some regularity, and that question stumped me too.  It just erased the name from my brain.

NFTs and Crypto have destroyed the graphics card market, and yet somehow video game companies think it’s worth investing in?  This isn’t a field you can play both sides in.  I’m avoiding any company that associates with them like the plague.

I can totally understand using the same camera sensor. After all, it’s been almost a decade since I’ve upgraded my DSLR. I certainly don’t replace that every year. If you’re getting good pictures, that’s all you need.

The ingenuity is that Google can do it with an aluminum back. All Samsungs are using glass backs in order to get that to work. and having spent several years of my life repairing them, they are an absolute pain to work with. They shatter if you look at them wrong.

This article initially gave me hope. Then I saw the price point.

Had the same thing happen to me on The Chrysilis. Despite being the first level 50 trial I wipe more there than anywhere else. I've become the de facto leader every time it comes up now with a decent success rate :P

So he was selling his Facebook-generated data, not his account, and eBay removed the listing because he’s not allowed to sell his account? I feel like someone rushed for the red button here without thinking of a good excuse first.

If you ask me the 50/50 was already pretty heavy in hero character casualties including the after credits scene. Might be grounds to keep more of the TV show characters around.

This repeal is surprisingly anti business. By ISPs favoring one company over another they effectively can shift internet traffic where they want; boost traffic to businesses that pay them a ransom or that they like and put the screws on everyone else. Yes, it won’t stop everyone but if you have a site that doesn’t

A difficult question to answer. The only hard qualification is that you call yourself a furry. Otherwise some identification with or fondness for animal characters is the other common thread. Many of us grew up identifying with the characters on Saturday morning TV or from Disney films. Today it’s increasingly likely

The pull of a Nexus or pixel device is still that Google does the software best. Every time I stray from the path I’m immediately let down, either by poorly executed ideas (smart home), redesigned apps for no reason that don’t work as well (essential camera), or arbitrary changes (Samsung menu layout every few

This study assumes that light=energy which just isn’t true. One of the big reasons LEDs save energy is incandescents and excited gas bulbs waste a lot of energy as heat. It’s also wrong to suggest every led outputs blue wavelength light. They can output a wide range of wavelengths and typically outdoor street lights
