Ive been considering one of these tow-hook plate holders on my car, but I’m concerned about having that bumper cap removed full-time. Is salt and road gunk gonna get in there and rot the bumper from the inside out? Is it okay for the bumper’s inner foam to be exposed to the elements? Or is this stuff not really going
