These goals, which I support, could have been achieved by a simple demand. A demand which I never made and do not support now that it has been made. These goals express principles which I believe in strongly.

I’ve seen the cultural defense of the song that people have posted, that she’s actually saying yes under the constrains she was under in that time period, but I gotta say, no means no. And she says no at least a dozen times in the song.
