I quite often appreciate your comments on Deadspin but you’re off the mark here. Neymar isn’t an aggregious flopper, and he takes a ton of abuse in games. He’s smaller and quicker than most of his opponents, and intentionally or not he’s met with a ton of clumsy, late challenges.
