Okay, having read the story now I absolutely would have offered the woman some money after finding out how intact it was.

That does it!  I'm hitting 'NO TIP' every time.  Unless its for haircut or sit down dining.  To Go orders, forget about it.

That prepackaged POS system has a simple check box that you can enable or disable the tip and alter the suggested tip amounts.

True. Sometimes I wonder if counsel isn’t just bribed into accepting settlement for 10% of a cases value. I went to school with the heathens and I wouldn’t put it past most of them.

Payments per unit range are expected to range from $0.55 to $33"

Someone has spent a lot of money on NFTs.

They should have just settled that.

Just like the “authorities” told me yesterday, its a “civil matter” and they wont even accept a police report. Call an attorney they will say while laughing under their breath. You may think I’m making it up but I am absolutely NOT.

I’m not sure it’s fake. I think it’s someone with too much money and not enough brainpower to dig into the issues people were telling him existed. Not sure what BCE gains by faking this other than losing all their credibility.

Yeah, I don't particularly care about the Logan Paul part of the story, but this has to be a big hit to the credibility of BCE.

Yeah, this is akin to buying “mint” Action Comics #1 from the back of a beat-up van.

Partially fine because nobody both sane and good would want to watch a video from the Paul brothers.

I only got two things out of this article.  (didn’t sit through the video)

Except the guy he paid $3.5million to IS IN THE F*CKING VIDEO?!

Like, there’s an open-and-shut fraud case to be made here.

I’m pretty sure this whole video and setup is also fake lol.

Also, how do you pay $3.5 million to someone you can’t track down ?

Wait, BCE’s defense was, “He didn’t ask us if they were Pokemon cards. He asked us if they were in good condition”? That’s some Twilight Zone genie shit.

If it’s ripping off a regular amount of money, it’s shitty. If it’s ripping off 3.5 million, there’s no such thing as a person who spent that kind of money on Pokemon cards who doesn’t deserve to be ripped off.

I’m not going to watch any of this so maybe there is a perfectly good reason, but how is this possible. How do you buy something for $3.5m without having a way to verify what you’re buying or ensure you get your money back if its a fake.
