I have dismissed several nice cars as being “just Kia’s” (the Cadenza was a super nice car, just couldn’t get over the badge). However, since we were searching for a car for my wife we really didn’t lend too much credence to performance.

Just left the industry recently, selling new and used cars for the last few years. Generally, my experience was good. The reason for high turnover rates is either management or pay. The problem is that an organization that invests in employees (training, hiring decent management) usually pays less than a private

I sold Volvo’s for a little bit....some of the better put together cars were the S60 Inscriptions (which happen to be one of the first mainstream cars fully built in china). I find your argument invalid.

I’m waiting on Fancy Kristen’s take on this.

I actually sold new cars (including Wranglers) for a while. Maybe it’s different here in Colorado but a large majority of people I sold Wranglers to actually took them off road, even if they were’t pushing the full capability of the vehicle. The 4-door is completely daily drivable, even if it’s not as comfortable as a

It almost sounds like less refined version of the Land Rover LR3. I only spent about $8500 on mine, and its proven to be EXTREMELY capable off-road even without a true mechanical locker or solid axles. When it comes to camping, we just blow up a full size air mattress in the back, though I would have the ability to

The 675cc had a pretty flat torque curve too. The technology is there...

100hp in a bike isn’t a lot when you consider how big the bikes are that are getting those motors. Plus it doesnt make a lot of sense to me that such a large motor doesnt produce more power. I had a 675cc bike that put out over 100hp. Granted the torque was less, but still, you should be able to pull more power out of

I used to actually be a dealer for these things (I was basically the ONLY dealer in Colorado for a bit). I couldn’t keep them in stock, people LOVED them.

....You realize you posted this comment on a website dedicated to reporting the news to the exact type of people who would open such a garage, right?

I sold for a Chrysler/Jeep dealership. This isn’t the only vehicle that would sometimes qualify. The Renegade frequently had similar rebates from Chrysler Cap, along with the 200 sometimes.

Had one. Can confirm, would be a great track car.

Employee here. We see all sorts of interesting people in the dealership but nothing holds a candle to a customer we’ll call “Bob”. For context, I worked at the time in a small Nissan dealership that had recently been hit with a hail storm. It’s a bit of a read but worth it.

It’s not the dealers that aren’t discounting enough, it’s Nissan. Incentives are very strong on the Titan right now, especially compared to the rest of Nissan’s lineup, but still weak compared to the Big Three’s truck incentives.

These vans definitely don’t need the Cummins to be very capable. It’s already a beefed up Titan chassis. All you need to do is send it to Advanced 4x4 in Utah to get the 4x4 and a lift on it.
