I gave up on this game because I suck at it (at least once I get to the third world) and wound up hating the act of playing it (because I suck, not because the game feels bad to play) but I wish I had read your first bullet earlier. Strongly advise people starting out who aren’t particularly skilled at these sorts of

Yeah, I’m done. I feel like I gave it a solid shot, 22 runs, was following most of the advice here and in the comments already (as much as possible), but I think I just fundamentally don’t like this genre, at least the hack-and-slash variety of it (I loved Slay the Spire and liked Monster Train enough that I can’t

Punishing the user more than the supplier has worked out swimmingly in the Drug War, so great idea! /s

Technically, downloading the free Epic launcher and adding free games to your library every week is the best deal in gaming, but console-wise your point stands.

Microsoft:

Ted Cruz is an evil genital worm but can we talk about how Rob Reiner would have been thought of as one of the great American directors of the late 20th century if he had stopped making movies in 1993? Just look at this filmography up to that point:

Xbox The Love Below is where it’s really it

I’m torn between the XBoxUUDD and the XBoxLRLR, I think the XBoxBABAstart is out of my price range.
