Let's be honest: a ska band is probably more likely to do drugs at Human Farm than at a hazardous materials waste site with a dog that figuratively eats Ann's childhood.

Although, I will freely admit my knowledge of the comic itself is pretty much nonexistent. I know that Tommy is a villain in them, but I don't know how he came to be that way. I'm just assuming the show will go the Laurel-rejects-Tommy-in-order-to-be-with-Oliver route.

I don't particularly mind Tommy having a love life on the show, because his relationship with Laurel (as well as Oliver) will probably eventually pave the way for his villainy. Thea, on the other hand, really needs something to do on this show. All she does is get wasted and complain about her brother at this point.

I hate it when movies and tv shows go to the "guy needs girl's advice about love life; girl misinterprets this as interest from guy" story lines. They always end up in a similar fashion, and it was especially weird here, considering Thea is seventeen, and Tommy is/was her brother's best friend, in addition to being a

I couldn't possibly post it here by memory, but Dave and Jane's discussion about Alex's past experience eating a candle (I think?) was great.

I was probably too amused by the, "Come, before Oliver Queen gets off," line.

@avclub-6aea902f69bd95b8c8c4b81a338b5ec3:disqus I have to agree with you there. I just don't like the idea of one of the very few survivors dying because Lori and Rick decided against terminating the pregnancy. I'm more angry at that than the decision that was made tonight.

I propose a new solution to this problem: retroactively killing Lori off in season 1.

@avclub-6aea902f69bd95b8c8c4b81a338b5ec3:disqus I agree that they need to hold onto whatever humanity is left in the world, but like Lori herself said last year, bringing a child into that situation is an unnecessary punishment to the baby, as well as the rest of the group.

Let's just agree that Lori would have died either way. Given that, it's still spectacularly stupid to bring a baby into the group. Now, since I have the knowledge that the group will probably run into Merle at some point in the near future, I realize the baby will most likely be just fine and grow up to be
