You’re talking about someone legally owning the games and asking someone else to rip them? I have no problem with that and as far as I know it’s legally fine, it’s the same asking someone to backup ones music collection to a different format.
Yes. You’ve made copies of games you don’t own from copies you don’t own.
Emulation is legal. It’s gaining access to roms where things get tricky.
“short answer: no” nothing implicit whatsoever. You could have qualified that it was opinion within your post, rather than having to point it out later.
Yes, things like this are just awesome. It sort of carries the same idea of the stories about EVE that you read at times. With the difference that this story makes me actually want to pick up nms cheaply and give it a go to get to this place. And with a solid chance I just might.
us on the council are realistic and a very open group of gamers that see change as a part of life, gaming. we thought about trying to save the legacy Hub but it would be impossible w/how the ecosystems, economies and new features changed things.
I’m not knee-jerking. Lol. Just pointing out that your post sounds like you’re talking facts instead of opinion.
‘Castles Made of Sand’ by Jimi Hendrix. I’d link a video, but Hendrix has been all-but-erased from YouTube by some force of evil (and/or record label execs).
The entirety of your answer is 100% based on subjective views. You know that, right?
Ok, I’ll bite. According to you, what’s “the entire concept of this game”?
It’s a sandbox game so not like there are any way that doing something like this is wrong.
Just like your comment.
Gita your articles are always a breath of fresh air. I’m actually going to see if I can join this galactic council/hub. It’s a very impressive endeavor!
You can earn units -way- faster using farming. You just need to do some base quests (science and agriculture, specifically). Doing so teaches you how to make living glass and gives schematics for plants that produce the necessary raw materials. A stack of living glass can sell for around 3.5 million.
I have been playing the hell out of the new update. I might have played it more than the original release by now.
This was a fascinating read. I’m always amazed at how fans of games like this are able to essentially expand the gameplay beyond what was intended. It reminds of when “adventure maps” came out for MineCraft that essentially created scripted story missions in a game that - at the time - had no tools for that.
“And so castles made of sand return to sea eventually”
So...there was a galactic cataclysm that changed planets, wiped out species, and came with quality of life improvements?
