Mapping services often suck or excel differently based on location, as they update their databases, etc.... So which service has better coverage can vary greatly depending on the user.

Indeed, 71mm width isn’t very small—in my experience that’s a bit above the “starts to feel weird in my hands” threshold.

This sounds like it has a lot more “exposure” than a traditional wiper: you’ve got two long tracks (top and bottom) the wiper has to move through, and a lot more places for junk to get in and gum up the works.
