It’s a little off-topic, but is there any other manufacturer that offers Apple-style “hang loosely in your ear (but don’t actually fall out)” earphones?

These things probably don’t have particularly sophisticated AI or anything, they likely have fairly simple rule-sets that define when automatic engagement is used—but they’ll only be used in areas and scenarios where such simple mechanisms work. They won’t be tossed into the middle of cities and let loose.

As as aside, I also watched the Chinese trailer, and it’s completely different from either the Korean or the American trailers... I wonder why the dramatic differences...

Ergh... the G7 Play has a much nicer size — the others are starting to bloat to much— but that 2GB of RAM is pretty annoying.

The real issue I think is that you’re blocking this stuff for very short periods. You’ve built up habits based on these things, and it’s hard to suddenly change what you’re accustomed to doing, it really messes with your routines.

Flickr is such a sad case... for such a long time, it seemed so promising, and was much better than any competitors. If they had just consistently improved it and listened to their users, they could have been in a really good position.

Argh ... With the talk of “foam to provide constant pressure,” it sounds like Apple may abandon their current design for something more conventional...

Amusingly, this phone is small, but it’s actually a lot more powerful than my current “full-sized” (5.5"?) phone... my current phone is totally snappy and nice, so I imagine this phone is probably a nice experience... ^^;

Oversized and bloated ... ugh.

The only iPad I’ve ever owned was an original iPad mini which I unexpectedly got for free in a promotion (still works great, but only 512MB of RAM, and no longer receives OS updates from Apple).

Is there a smaller model? The giant bloated size of the 6t kinda make it a non-starter for me. Tons of features are irrelevant if it’s annoying to merely hold....

I’ve yet to run into a planet with an ocean deep enough that I couldn’t hit the bottom and make it back up to the surface without plenty of air to spare.
