4x4 is nice but I prefer the lower ride height of 2WD trucks. I dunno, for towing, hauling, off-roading, seems like a torque converter is preferable. I’m no expert but that’s what I hear.
No worries man
What led you to assume that?
I drove a base F-150 with a stick and it was awesome. Maybe it was just refreshing to drive a stick with such a long throw. A manual truck makes almost zero sense in terms of fulfilling its intended purpose, but it was a pleasure to just drive around.
That’s a sweet car, congrats. With a car that light, maybe the HP threshold should be lower. But they don’t offer it as a manual, so we don’t know if it would be better/we don’t have the choice anyways.
I definitely agree with you. I’d personally love a manual pickup. There’s just a lot of judgement and over-simplification when it comes to people having autos. My perplexity only pertains to automatic sportscars.
In my mind, sportscars under ~400bhp should be manual. If it’s not a sportscar, whatever. And if it’s a supercar then it should just have the fastest gearbox possible.
If your goal was to get a bunch of snarky comments and yelling gifs, consider this a job well done
It’s not less important to the community, but it is to the businesses. Would you work on a cable news channel for free? The money has to come from somewhere. There isn’t anything ideological about that. It’s just the reality of a non-socialistic society.
It’s a niche car so of course sales will be low but Chevy must have known that.
